StarmanIridata was founded in 2005 by Anne Buchanan after a long career in the Chemicals Industry. What began as a one woman business now includes a small network of trusted management consultants with a proven track record in their areas of expertise. We offer support to clients in two major areas:

The Power of Introversion PDF Print E-mail

After the successful one day programme in March 2012, we are now offering an expanded two day programme on 4 and 5 October 2012.

When we first offered the programme in 2010 it received great reviews - two years on the topic is high on the agenda. Susan Cain's book 'Quiet' has gained attention and acclaim and her TED video is top of this list for the amount of viewers. Based on the feedback we received at the last session, we have decided to expand the programme to two days.

The aim of the programme is not only to foster understanding of what it means to have a preference for introversion in a world that seems to favour extraversion, but also explore the value of introversion in organisations. In an increasingly technological world, that value is also increasing. We will be exploring Theory U and the research carried out by Jim Collins and his team to guide us in our thinking.

Additionally we will be exploring introversion from the angle of personality preference, and linking it to organisational and personal archetypes. It will be a deep dive into our intrinsic motivators, personality structure and leadership in organisations.

The programme will be held in the Netherlands, and will be conducted in Dutch. With sufficient interest we will run an English version, so please do get in touch to hear what we can do for you.
